How to Eat Less in a World of More

The latest course from PowerME Academy

Back in week 3, we introduced the topic of eating whole foods prepared in a healthy way.

There’s a reason why we started with whole foods—it’s important to fix your food quality first. And sometimes, that’s all you need.

Many people who adopt a whole food diet see great improvement, but not everyone reaches their health goals. Why? Because even though it can be hard to overeat whole food, it’s not that hard.

If you’ve transitioned to whole food but are still struggling, don’t get frustrated. The answer is NOT to try harder.

We’ve got better answers—which we’ll cover in this lesson.
