Welcome to your health journey! To begin, you will need to download the Core 4 App, which will allow you to keep track of your goals and progress and communicate with your health coach.
To Download:
Step 1:
Go to your device app store (or click the link here: Apple, Google Play) and search for PMH Core 4, with this icon:
Step 2:
Download app. If prompted, accept push notifications.
Step 3:
On main page of the app, click “I’m New.” Enter in the Coach ID: pmh-coach.
Step 4:
Create your own profile.
Step 5:
You will be automatically added to the PowerME™ Vitality Program and will receive your WELCOME message in the app, usually within 30 minutes.
Step 6:
Follow the links in the WELCOME message to get ready for your upcoming orientation call with your health coach.
