Each week you’ll work with your coach to develop action steps that you perform every day.

Action steps are how we learn new behaviors. Simple behaviors, practiced consistently, become our habits. 

Here are a few eating behaviors that you might want to consider as action steps.

  • Eat a vegetable or fruit with every meal
  • Stop eating after dinner
  • Reduce eating out to once per week

This is a short list, but you get the idea. Work with your coach to come up with an action step that fits with your eating style. 

    It might seem that action steps are too simple—almost boring. But that’s the point. It’s hard to develop habits with complex behaviors. Keep it simple and trust the process!

    And if you slip up, that’s ok—everyone does.

    It’s not a failure.

    It’s how we learn and develop skills.
