Everyone is so different when it comes to exercise.

Find your reason and don’t worry about anyone else. It gets back to the idea of core motivation—finding your ‘Why.’

Ignore the media’s skewed portrayal of exercise. And don’t be afraid to try different things. Share some of your ideas with your coach, then make a plan and make your move.
