Even small changes in your surroundings will be helpful. Start with updating some pictures on your desk. A new plant might look good in your living room. Just start with something that will help foster a healthy vibe. 

While you should account for the Where of Health, that doesn’t mean that you need to create an environment of deprivation.  

Go ahead and enjoy life. Give yourself permission to have a treat; stay up a little later and enjoy your friends and family. Be okay with skipping your workout (just don’t skip two).
