The strategy is simple. Design an environment that fosters healthy behavior while creating friction to behaviors that you are trying to change. 

Of course, simple does not mean easy. We appreciate that changing your environment is not like changing your socks.  

Our point is this: do what you can based on your individual situation. Think it through and make a plan. That’s what your high-powered modern brain does best.
