When your metabolism isn’t working right, you lack the energy to power through your day. You can feel fatigued, moody, experience brain fog, and irrational hunger, and it’s hard to lose weight—all signs that your metabolism is out of sync.

While it takes years for metabolic disease to develop, once you’re on the path if nothing changes, you will get sick.
