Overview:
In the final lesson in Vitality Program participants are encouraged to continue with the PowerME™ NEXT, for continued support and resources to help continue the transition to a healthier lifestyle. We review the four pillars of the Vitality Program: EAT, MOVE, LIVE (SLEEP/STRESS, and CONNECT, in terms of the ongoing journey of mastery in each of these areas. We conclude by encouraging patients to look ahead and imagine their future selves, maintaining perspective on their progress and aspirations.
