Your first response might be “not really”—that’s fine. As we just said, you can become skillful at health behaviors simply by doing them consistently. Brushing your teeth and so on. 

But as you continue to live a healthy lifestyle, you might find that your health and behavior connect in ways that you hadn’t previously considered.
