So far, we’ve focused on the basic functional movements for strength and stability. In this article we’re going to look at alternative movements as well as progressions for when you want to take it to the next level. 

We’ve scoured the internet to find videos of the recommended movements. With time, we’ll have our own videos to share. For now, these are the ones that we have reviewed. 

Also, for almost all these exercises you can use resistance bands in place of weights or a machine.
