In PowerME™, we recommend a diet that is rich in whole foods and low in ultra-processed food. Any processed products you eat should lean towards the real food side of the spectrum. That’s been the goal.

But is it enough?

Many of our patients who adopt a whole, healthy diet are able to reset their metabolic health, lose weight, and feel much better. By getting rid of toxic, highly-stimulating, ultra-processed food, everything improves.

Yet, despite the benefits of a whole food diet, it is not a universal cure.

So, if you aren’t reaching your goals from eating a healthy diet, the answer is not to just eat healthier. While the quality of the food you eat is critical, we also need to talk about quantity.
