So far, we’ve calculated your Vitality Score and Heart-Fit Score. You have also been tracking your meals, and there are probably other things that you are monitoring as well.  

There is no end to the data that you can gather and it’s easy to become overwhelmed if you’re not careful. Thus, it’s important to determine what to measure as opposed to tracking for the sake of it. 

This week we’re going to focus on some of our favorite measurement metrics as well as strategies we believe will aid you in your lifestyle change efforts.
