Some people love the gym, others, not so much. Yet there are certain movements that we all do in order to get through our day. These are functional movement and will be the focus of this article.
We’ve provided links to some videos that demonstrate the basic movements that we consider foundational. You are certainly welcome to come up with your own routine if you’d like.
Just make sure you are comfortable with your form and mechanics when you’re leaning into any kind of strength training.
