We’re the first to admit that the term lifestyle mastery sounds a bit…strange. But stay with us for a minute. 

Having mastery doesn’t mean being the best. It just means that you can perform an activity well and with little effort. You don’t have to think about the activity. Performance becomes automatic. 

You are a master at driving your car, at least compared to your dog. However, your dog is a master at getting you to do stuff he wants you to do. So, there you go. 

When we talk about lifestyle mastery, we mean that your healthy behaviors are natural, easy, and habitual. That’s it.
