New habits develop slowly, almost imperceptibly. And in truth, six months in the Vitality Program is not long enough for most people to fully transition to a healthy, sustainable lifestyle. 

In other words, it’s a process. As you continue to practice and refine your health behaviors there will be ups and downs. But that’s how you get better at any skill. Time and practice.
