 CAUTION: Some nutritional experts express concern that plant-based eating may not provide sufficient protein. Of course, protein intake is a concern for any restrictive eating style and while care should be taken, it is certainly manageable.

While there are exceptions, most people don’t crave steamed veggies. But that’s okay. A skilled cook can prepare a plant-based meal that is not only nutritious, but also incredibly yummy.  

So, if you’re thinking about going plant-based, start by spending some time in the produce section of your grocery store.
