Still, there are some progressive carry exercises that you should consider. Of course, one is just to increase the weight of the dumbbells that you are carrying—but here are a few more. 

    The suitcase carry is similar to the farmer’s carry, but uses only a single dumbbell or kettlebell, which will work your lateral core.

      Be careful to stand up straight. Once you have the waiter’s carry down, you should ask your workout buddy for a tip; we recommend 20%.
