Sometimes, sleep problems are obvious. However, if after a few days of keeping your diary, no answers come to mind, then make sure to review your diary with your health coach. Two sets of eyes are better than one!

If sleep problems aren’t an issue for you, that’s awesome! But if you find yourself stumbling through the day feeling tired, and not knowing what to do about it, keeping a sleep diary— even for a short period of time—is a great place to start.

Be consistent and trust the process—it will be helpful.
