As you work with your coach, if you find that you are still having sleep issues despite your best efforts, you may want to consider having a more comprehensive checkover.

Medical conditions such as sleep apnea, medication side effects, mental health issues, hormonal disruptions, and many others can affect sleep and can be hard to diagnose on your own. 

So, if you are having ongoing sleep struggles we recommend visiting with your doctor to rule out any medical conditions that could be holding you back. If you are interested, you can check with your coach for more info.
