The core exercise that we all love to hate is the PLANK. We recommend including both regular planks and side planks in your workouts. Here’s how to do them.
With both of these exercises, you’ll want to time yourself and make sure that you can stay in position. If you begin to lose it—don’t force yourself. It’s better to add a rep than to push through poor technique.
