If you’re not into traditional strength training, don’t worry. There are many activities and hobbies that will incorporate the foundational movements of push, pull, hinge, squat, and carry without lifting weights or pulling bands.
Maybe your gym is your garden. You push your wheelbarrow, pull your hoe, squat to dig up weeds, hinge to lift a bag of fertilizer, and carry your buckets of water. And when your dog gets out of the yard, chasing him will give you your cardio.
