If you lean towards the carnivorous side, a plant-based approach probably won’t resonate with you. So, while we advocate for a plant-forward diet, we realize that it isn’t for everyone.

Even if you don’t have a lot of interest in becoming a vegetarian, there are many advantages to increasing the amount of plants you eat—not the least of which is not having to worry about overeating. 

People have their own reasons for choosing a plant-based diet, but from the perspective of a whole, healthy eating style that’s hard to overeat, there is a lot to like here.
