Ah yes, the pushup. You may fondly remember this exercise from gym class back in the day.
Yet the pushup is a great exercise— assuming no one is standing over you yelling, “Give me twenty!”
Pushups work the chest and arms (triceps), as well as the shoulders, core, and low back. There isn’t a better, simpler exercise for getting stronger quickly.
