However, glucose regulation is incredibly complex and so your CGM readings may not always line up with your expectations.
We say this here because, we don’t want you to get frustrated if you notice what seem to be random fluctuations in your blood sugar—for example your blood sugar rises even when you are fasting (which it certainly will do).
