If you’re playing defense, it’s probably not the best time to bust out an intense Zone 5 workout.

Of course, you know yourself better than anyone, so it’s your call. An intense workout for some people can be therapeutic. Once again, know thyself! 

On days when you’re not feeling it, it’s probably a good time to pull out your no-excuses workout.  

And remember our workout rule. It’s okay to miss one workout; try not to miss two. 

As a final comment, try and perform your activity outside if possible. We appreciate that a nature hike isn’t always practical, but research has repeatedly shown the restorative benefits of spending time outdoors.
