We can’t purposefully change our behavior unless we are monitoring something. What you choose to measure is up to you, and we’re here to help. 

At your upcoming meeting with your coach, discuss the kinds of things you could measure that will inspire you and keep you moving forward. 

Once you have successfully changed your behavior, tracking becomes less important. Monitoring becomes less about change and more about maintenance. Of course, as you set new goals, you will track new things.
