If you like doing a simple set of exercises, then the above movements should get you started. Another alternative is to practice yoga, Pilates, or Tai chi.

You’ll get lots of core, rotation, and anti-rotation types of exercises plus the benefits of these types of exercises.  Plus, the clothing can be pretty chic.
