Consider trying the DRS strategy for two weeks. Our experience is that most of our patients find it to be a helpful mindfulness tool.

If you’re always getting 3’s, 4’s, and 5’s, the DRS will be less helpful.

If you are getting 1’s and 2’s consistently, then it’s time to seek additional help. Especially if emotional stress is affecting your work, school, relationships, or health.

The main benefit of assessing your daily readiness is when you’re getting some defense days, so that you can adapt accordingly, preventing a gradual decline in cognitive reserves that will lead to burnout.

Don’t hesitate to speak with your coach or PowerME™ provider as we have resources that can help.
