It’s likely that most of your days are going to be average. There isn’t much going on—same old.  

And then there are going to be hard days. You might be scrambling to complete a project for work, maybe you have a final exam at school, or an interview for a new job. You might need to juggle your schedule to get your kids to the dentist—on top of every other task and duty. 

With a DRS you can approach your day proactively. You can establish some ground rules and adjust your strategy in a way that more accurately reflects the chaos of modern living.  

For an athlete, a low readiness score translates to going light on the training for the day. For you, a low DRS means going light on your day. 

Of course, for the DRS to be useful, you need a plan.
