One of the challenges of modern life is that we have duties and tasks that we must attend to regardless of how we are feeling. 

Each day we awaken with a varying degree of emotional energy,  cognitive energy, and physical energy.

But our responsibilities don’t care.

And yet, we do have some degree of flexibility that we can apply if we plan accordingly. It’s a matter of setting up your day so that you can get through it no matter what your level of energy reserves.

Our recommended strategy is to perform a self-check of your emotional state of mind and then drop in your plan for the day depending on your level of psychological energy.
