Our PowerME™ nutrigenomic reports show the presence of certain genotypes (more on this in a bit) and how your body may respond to a food element or a type of exercise.
The results we provide reflect your genotypes for each gene or set of genes. (We’ll talk more about genotypes in the next section.)
If you decide to go ahead with nutrigenomic testing, you will get an in-depth analysis of your genes along with recommendations that can help you to dial in your lifestyle change efforts.
Since it’s impossible to give specific advice for something as complex as genetic testing, we do recommend that you discuss the results with your coach.
We’ll provide some guidance as well to help you both interpret your results and decide if any specific interventions are necessary.
