In PowerME™, there are two basic reasons we track health metrics.

  • Track as you strive for your goal. Tracking allows you to compare where you are with where you want to be. For example, if your goal is to improve your Vitality Score, you need to know your baseline before you can set a goal to improve it. You will also want to periodically recheck your score to make sure you are on track.
  • Track to maintain your gains. Once you’ve achieved your goal, tracking is no longer a tool for change, but a measure for maintenance. Checking your Heart-Fit Score every few months will help keep you in the game and maintain what you’ve accomplished.
